STEP 1: 3 weeks prior to anniversary date, Nancy to email team member, supervisor, and Nef
a reminder email of their anniversary date and to refer to the 6-month review structure to start
process.

STEP 2: Employee to complete the KPI performance form 2 weeks prior to 6-month
anniversary date. Once completed and signed, email the document to your supervisor, Nancy,
and Nef.

STEP 3: Employee to have meeting with Supervisor 1 week prior to 6-month anniversary
date. During this meeting, you and your supervisor will discuss your KPI Performance, Areas of
Improvement, any issues, potential growth opportunities, and how you fit within the team.

STEP 4: Supervisor will then have a meeting with Nancy and Nef a few days prior to the 6
month anniversary date. During that meeting they will discuss how the meeting with the
employee went, issues, and input on team members’ performance and impact to the firm.

STEP 5: Nef and Nancy will meet the day prior to the 6-month anniversary date. They will
discuss the employees fit within their department, issues, overall performance, and a potential
raise.

STEP 6: Nancy to meet with employee on 6-month anniversary date. You will discuss overall
performance, issues, areas of improvement, and a potential raise.
